Important deadlines to keep in mind:

 

Early April 2026 : Start of abstracts submission and opening of the early bird registrations

 30 June 2026 : Closing of abstract submissions 

 

 8 to 10 July 2026 : notification of the resullts of abstract selection 

 24 July 2026 : Deadline for early bird registrations

 11 september 2026 : Deadline for late registrations

 No onsite registration
